Work History
This 19th c. view of the Mississippi River was done for a Mark Twain event at the library, and graced it's staircase for many years, until building renovation destroyed it and 3 related paintings. What was fun about doing them was that library patrons who frequented the branch could see them evolving over time. I worked on them during my lunch breaks and free time for a few weeks. I like the porthole feel to this one.
