This belongs to my series 'Problems With Religion'. God sits on a cloud strumming his harp while angels try to get his attention; the modern world in turmoil below. The text around the frame reads: For God So Loved the World That He Watched It Slowly Destroy Itself and Did Nothing. My series was a reaction to having recently moved to 'the buckle of the Bible belt'. I don't feel like a fish out of water anymore, and don't care how people find comfort and strength to live their lives. Whatever helps you get through this often frightening world, I can understand.
