History of the World was unfortunately never finished. I ended up despairing over the amount of work I had before me. I ended up painting over the panel with ‘Looming Apocalypse’. But I’m proud of it, and deeply regret ending work on it. It’s composition was influenced by Botticelli’s ‘Map of Hell’.
