This plate was done for the annual AIDS benefit in Charlotte, N.C. It’s subject was inspired by a book I read in which a man, in frustration over the apathy of his fellow citizens, throws fruit out of the window at passers by. The cityscape outside is based on Charlotte, the man is me.
