This is my first large painting from New Orleans. My friend Nikolaus Mohr, a German art historian and painter, describes it with these words: ‘The whole picture depicts the despair of our century’. It’s not about suicide, but about the darkness of our mood and time. Recently it was accepted in the online show, Site:Brooklyn.
